HISTORY

Only two of the 16 cylinder Type 45 GP racer were made.
Some parts - engine, chassis and rear axle included - for another one was also made and these have been assembled into a rebuild in England.
Type 45 was run, with limited success, and the project was soon abandoned.

The road version of Type 45 was to be called Type 47. It was never built.
